Therapy Services & Session Rates
I provide individual therapy for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and major life transitions. My clients are often high-achieving professionals, leaders, and parents who want more than quick fixes — they want real, lasting change. Sessions are available in person at my Indianapolis office near Keystone at the Crossing, convenient to Fishers, Carmel, and Noblesville, or virtually for adults across Indiana and Tennessee. Using approaches like EMDR and talk therapy, we work together to help you break unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and aligned with your values.

Private Pay — No Insurance Billing
I do not work directly with insurance companies, which means there’s no required diagnosis and a higher level of privacy for your personal health information. Many clients choose to pay using HSA/FSA accounts, and I can provide a superbill if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Are you ready?
Your first step is a free consultation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how I can help.
